RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition for refund eligibility.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos documenting the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Items must be shipped back to us in their original packaging.

4. Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom prints and items specifically made to order cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
